                                                                                 Our Client's will receive professional service by a competent LDA while developing the comfort of a    warm working relationship.                                                                                                                         We are not judgmental; however, we care about every client, and their families, therefore, we may not provide assistance to potential clients that my pose a risk to their children and/or spouse.

We provide a superior level of legal document preparation through legal document assistants, who are caring, understanding and professional.   Their years of experience in family law, personal experiences and expertise, will help ease you through the frustrations and challenges involved in the filing process and idiosyncrasies of the Court system.

WHAT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANT?

SD Legal Documents, and other Legal Document Assistants, provide legal document preparation of Court and County documents that are required in your legal matter, or unique situation. This assistance is provided directly to the public, by qualified registered and bonded Legal Document Assistants. 

In order for Certified Paralegals to provide assistance without the direct supervision of an Attorney, they must comply with the Laws of the State of California and  become registered and bonded as a Legal Documents Assistant through their respective County.
