SUMMARY DISSOLUTION
Some divorces can be processed as a Summary Dissolution. You must meet the specific requirements set forth by the Court. The benefit of filing a Summary Dissolution is that only one filing fee of $320.00 is required by the Court.
Unlike the standard divorce process, which allows you to submit and enter your Judgment prior to the six-month period one must wait in any divorce, a Judgment for Summary Dissolution must be submitted on or after six - months from the date the documents filed.
