SD Legal Documents, and other Legal Document Assistants, provide legal document preparation of Court and County documents that are required in your legal matter, or unique situation. This assistance is provided directly to the public, by qualified registered and bonded Legal Document Assistants.
In order for Certified Paralegals to provide assistance without the
direct supervision of an Attorney, they must comply with the Laws of
the State of California and become registered and bonded as a Legal
Documents Assistant through their respective County.
