DIVORCE -
We offer legal document preparation for those who are in agreement (amicable) as
to the division of their community property assets and debts, child
custody, child visitation, child support and spousal support. Under
these circumstances, your matter can be processed, from
start to finish within one month. Of course, this requires the
cooperation and communication of both Husband and Wife or Domestic
Partners.
In every divorce, the Court requires an initial filing fee, paid by the Petitioner, and a First Appearance Fee, paid by the Respondent. The filing fees are paid directly to the Court and are not included in our document preparation fees.
